Casa Karoline is a charming, detached villa located in the quiet residential complex "La Goleta," close to shops and the amenities of Faro Park.
Recently renovated, the villa combines stylish design with modern comforts, offering a pleasant and relaxing living experience.
The villa features two bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes and comfortable beds. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom offers two single beds and has access to a further bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The living room boasts a high, vaulted ceiling and is furnished with two sofas, an armchair, and a flat-screen TV with international channels. A high-speed fiber optic internet connection is also available.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen features a convenient combination oven and microwave, as well as all essential appliances for effortless cooking.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, which seats six and includes a privacy wall and a retractable awning that can be fully closed when needed.
The sunny terrace, accessible directly from the living room, is furnished with a table and chairs – perfect for a leisurely breakfast al fresco or a glass of wine at sunset. Two retractable awnings in this area also provide additional privacy and/or weather protection.
Villa Casa Karoline boasts a private pool with underwater lighting, heated during the winter months (November to May) to ensure a comfortable temperature, and comfortable sun loungers for relaxation. Other amenities include adjustable shutters, a barbecue, marble floors throughout, and marble vanities in the bathrooms.
Villa Casa Karoline is located in the gated community "La Goleta" and has a private parking space right at the entrance, allowing you to park conveniently next to the house at any time.
The gate to the "La Goleta" community is opened remotely via telephone. We will provide our guests with the relevant telephone numbers before their arrival. A remote control for the gate is also included with the key ring.
